Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 10, 2026

1. Summary

CyberCat Developer (“we”) built adbappcontrol.com to require as little personal data as possible. We do not operate user accounts, contact forms, or advertising/analytics tracking on the Site, and we do not use non-essential cookies. The main personal data we hold is the email address we receive from our payment provider after a purchase, which we use to deliver the paid product version. This policy explains that and the limited technical data that is unavoidably processed.

2. Data we process

  • Purchase email address. After you complete a purchase, our payment provider shares your email address with us. We use it to deliver your product license, send purchase-related messages (such as your key or download link), and provide support.
  • IP address for pricing. To show prices in the correct region and currency, the Site sends your IP address to our payment providers’ pricing API. The IP is used to determine your approximate location to provide prices and is not used to identify you personally.
  • Server logs. Our hosting/CDN provider may automatically record technical data (such as IP address, browser type, and time of request) in server logs for security and reliable operation.

3. Purchases

When you buy product, you are redirected to our payment provider’s website, which processes your payment and any related personal data (name, email, billing details) as the seller of record under its own privacy policy. We do not receive or store your payment card data. After the purchase, out payment provides us with your email address so we can deliver the paid version of the Product and provide related service and support.

We rely on performance of a contract to use your email address to deliver your purchased the product and provide related support. We rely on our legitimate interests to display correct regional pricing and to keep the Site secure and operational, in a way that is minimal and non-intrusive.

5. Cookies

The Site does not use analytics, advertising, or other non-essential cookies. If any strictly necessary technical storage is used, it exists only to make the Site function.

6. Third parties

We share the limited data above only with the service providers that make the Site work: our hosting/CDN provider and our payment provider. We do not sell your personal data.

7. International transfers

Because our audience is international, data may be processed in countries other than yours. Our providers apply appropriate safeguards for such transfers where required by law.

8. Data retention

We keep your purchase email address for as long as needed to provide your paid license and support, and to meet legal obligations (for example, tax or accounting records). Any technical data in server logs is retained only for as long as needed for security and operation, then deleted or anonymized.

9. Your rights

Depending on your location (e.g. under GDPR or similar laws), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or object to the processing of your personal data, and to data portability. Note that we may need to retain your purchase email for legal obligations such as tax records even after a deletion request. To make a request, contact [email protected].

10. Children

The Site is not directed to children under the age required by your local law, and we do not knowingly process their personal data.
